Lindsay Hall, OT Reg.(NB) has been an Occupational Therapist since 2005. She has worked in a variety of settings with all populations, including children, adults and seniors, mental health services with Veterans Affairs Canada, ergonomics and wheelchair seating to name a few.

Want to make sure they are safe in the kitchen? Are you worried they might be forgetting to do certain things like take their medication? Then give Lindsay a call. She can visit your parent or loved one in their home or virtually.

Are you or someone you love in need of a new wheelchair? To be able to purchase a wheelchair, an Occupational Therapy evaluation is needed. Lindsay has extensive experience with wheelchairs and would be happy to help get you moving. Give her a call.

Her mission is simple: to provide high-quality occupational therapy services.


She wants to help people to:

  • learn new ways of doing things

  • regain skills and develop new ones

  • use materials or equipment that makes life easier, or

  • adapt their surroundings to work better for them.


Lindsay is a member of the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists and is registered to practice in New Brunswick.

She is also is also certified in Assessments of Motor and Process Skills  (AMPS) as well as Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP).

Payment and Coverage

How do I pay for Occupational Therapy Services?

Private Occupational Therapy is paid by you my client, you the parent or a third party payer. 

If you have extended health care benefit insurance, it may cover private occupational therapy. Please contact them for coverage details. You may submit your paid receipt for private therapy to your insurance company to be reimbursed by them.

Occupational Therapy is also a tax deductible medical expense.


Payment Policy

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Payment methods accepted are cash, cheque or e-transfer.  


You will be provided with a receipt for each session, once payment is received. This will assist you in processing your insurance claims.

It is your responsibility to determine what services you are covered for.

Lindsay Hall YOGA

Lindsay is 200hr YTT certified yoga instructor and registered with Yoga Alliance Canada. Her background is in Hatha yoga and she tends to focus on Restorative and Vinyasa styles of practice. She teaches regularly in Hampton, NB and often offers specialty yoga programs such as pre/post natal, kids yoga or Yoga 101.

Group Classes

Lindsay has offered group classes at a variety of locations including Lifestyles Fitness, Station 33 Cafe and Yoga, Dr. AT Leatherbarrow School, Archstone Physiotherapy and Buttercup Barn in Bloomfield, NB.

One on One Sessions

Lindsay is able to provide one on one teaching or small group sessions. Maybe you are new to yoga and just don't feel comfortable trying it out in a group setting. Lindsay can help.

Specialty Classes

Lindsay is trained in prenatal and post natal (with baby) yoga. She also has training in providing yoga for pelvic floor. She has developed a Yoga 101 workshop that she is able to offer. You can see her virtual yoga videos at https://www.facebook.com/lindsayhallot
